As an IRS Contact Representative, you will research multiple computer-based systems and resources to provide tax-related assistance to Americans over the phone. We are hosting several virtual information sessions to give you a chance to learn about the positions and a sense of whether this is the right job for you. We'll discuss everything you need to know about the day-to-day duties, what skills, knowledge and abilities we are looking for, and how to apply - including writing an effective federal resume.
