As an Contact Representative, you will research multiple computer-based systems and resources to provide tax-related assistance to Americans over the phone.
Tax Examining Technicians
As a Tax Examining Technician, you will analyze and resolve tax processing problems, adjusts taxpayer accounts, and respond to taxpayer’s inquiries regarding preparation of a variety of tax returns and related schedules.
